To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris. Methods:Electronic databases including CNKI,VIP,Wangfang,PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane lib,Google and Web of Science were retrieved, the retrieval time was from the establishment of databases to November 1,2019.Reviewers screened out the literature, extracted information, evaluated risk of bias and cross check.Review Manager 5.3 and Stata SE 12 softwares were used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 32 studies involving 2746 patients were included, with a total of 34 groups. The results showed that the improvement of angina symptom by Chinese medicine[OR=3.68,95%CI(2.97~4.57),P<0.000 01],number of angina attacks[SMD=-0.61,95%CI(-0.82~-0.39),P<0.000 01],time of angina attacks[SMD=-0.78,95%CI(-1.16~-0.41),P<0.000 1],treadmill exercise test of metablic equivalent[SMD=0.77,95%CI(0.39~1.15),P<0.000 1],improving electrocardiogram [OR=2.31,95%CI(1.88~2.82),P<0.000 01],improving nitroglycerin deactivation rate [OR=2.42,95%CI(1.81~3.22),P<0.000 01],and reducing nitroglycerin consumption[SMD=-0.60,95%CI(-0.96~-0.24),P=0.001] were better than control groups.Fewer adverse events happened in the treatment group [OR=0.49,95%CI(0.27~0.89),P=0.02].Conclusion:The efficacy and safety of oral Chinese medicine for stable angina pectoris are comparatively good, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
