| 胃肠功能障碍是多种危重疾病发展过程中的常见并发症，为炎症反应综合征和多器官功能障碍发生发展的驱动要素之一，可归为中医“痞满”“关格”“便秘”等病的范畴。现代医学对于此病的发病机制和治疗仍缺乏统一的认识，临床疗效亦不甚理想。大量研究表明，穴位埋线能有效促进胃肠功能的恢复、显著改善胃肠神经功能紊乱的症状，可作为临床治疗胃肠功能障碍的潜在疗法，但目前国内外却罕有对此方面的研究报道。为进一步阐明穴位埋线治疗胃肠功能障碍的作用机制及应用价值，现特对国家知识基础设施数据库（简称中国知网，China National Knowledge Infrastructure，CNKI）、中文科技期刊数据库（简称维普资讯，Chinese Citation Database，CCD）和Pubmed数据库近10年来国内外相关的文献进行研究，发现穴位埋线能通过调节炎症介质、神经生长因子、神经递质、免疫细胞、胃肠平滑肌及间质细胞、胃肠激素及胃肠道微循环等途径产生抗炎、神经修复、免疫修复、强化肌肉、促胃肠蠕动、修复胃肠黏膜及维持胃肠道稳态的作用。穴位埋线疗法可以作为治疗胃肠功能障碍有效的补充疗法，针药结合治疗胃肠功能障碍在临床上具有良好的应用前景和科学研究价值。 |

| Gastrointestinal dysfunction is a common complication in the development of a variety of critical diseases，and one of the important driving factors for the occurrence and development of inflammatory response syndrome and multiple organ dysfunction.There is no disease corresponding to gastrointestinal dysfunction in Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)，but it is similar to the symptoms such as “abdominal distention and fullness”，“dysuria and frequent vomiting”，“constipation”，etc.Modern medicine still lacks a unified understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment of this disease，and the clinical effect is not particularly satisfactory.A large number of studies have shown that catgut implanting in acupoint can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function，has a significant effect on improving gastrointestinal nerve dysfunction，and can be used as a potential therapy for clinical prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction.However，there is little research on this aspect at home and abroad.In order to further clarify the clinical efficacy and application value of acupoint catgut implantng in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction，and to clarify its mechanism，this paper specially studied the relevant literature at home and abroad in the past 15 years in CNKI，VIP Journal and Pubmed database.It is found that catgut implanting in acupoint could produce anti-inflammatory，nerve repair，maintain gastrointestinal homeostasis，immune recovery，strengthen gastrointestinal muscles，promote gastrointestinal motility，and repair gastrointestinal mucosa by regulating inflammatory cytokines，nerve growth factors，neurotransmitters，lymphocytes，gastrointestinal smooth muscle and interstitial cells，gastrointestinal hormone content，gastrointestinal microcirculation and gene expression.It is believed that acupoint catgut implanting therapy can be used as an effective choice of supplementary and alternative therapy for the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction，and the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction with the combination of TCM and Western medicine will have a good clinical application prospect and scientific research value. |
