| 林洪生教授从事中西医结合防治恶性肿瘤工作近50年,在全面继承与完善余桂清等老一辈专家“扶正培本”学术思想的基础上,经过多年的临床与基础研究,进一步凝练创新,形成了“固本清源”学术思想,并将恶性肿瘤的防治方法总结浓缩为“五治五养”。其中“五养”指心理调养,饮食调养,功能调养,运动调养和膏方调养。文章介绍了林教授“五养”康复的具体内容,并以肺癌围手术期康复为例,探析“五养”康复的具体运用,为林教授学术思想的传承与推广提供参考。 |

| Professor LIN Hongsheng has been engaged in the prevention and treatment of cancer with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for nearly 50 years.With years of clinical and basic studies on comprehensively inheriting and perfecting the ‘Fuzheng Peiben' theory of the pre-genenation medical experts like YU Guiqing，after further condensation and innovation，Professor LIN theorized ‘Guben Qingyuan’ and summarized the ways of cancer prevention and treatment as ‘Wuzhi Wuyang’.‘Wuyang’ refers to psychological rehabilitation，diet rehabilitation，functional rehabilitation，sports rehabilitation and condensed-extract rehabilitation.This paper introduces the specific content of ‘Wuyang’ rehabilitation，and analyzes professor LIN's ‘WuYang’ theory in cancer rehabilitation with the example of perioperative rehabilitation in lung cancer，to provide reference for the inheritance and promotion of Professor LIN' s academic thoughts. |
