| 目的:对蒲地蓝口服液联合西药治疗小儿手足口病的有效性和安全性进行分析。方法:检索国家知识基础设施数据库（CNKI）、中国学术期刊数据库（CSPD）、中文科技期刊数据库（CCD）、SinoMed、PubMed和Cochrane Library中的蒲地蓝口服液联合西药治疗小儿手足口病的临床随机对照试验（RCTs),由2名研究者对检索到的文献进行筛选和数据资料提取,再使用RevMan 5.3对文献质量进行评估,对符合Meta分析标准的进行分析。结果:共检索出271篇文献,最终纳入63篇文献,选取总有效率、临床症状消退时间和不良反应情况3个结局指标进行分析,结果显示单用蒲地蓝口服液或者联合西药的有效性和安全性优于单用西药治疗,但蒲地蓝口服液联合利巴韦林的不良反应发生率高于单用利巴韦林。结论:蒲地蓝口服液或者联合西药治疗的临床疗效和安全性优于西药治疗,但由于纳入文献质量不高,具有较大异质性,其结果不能作为临床参考证据,还需更多多中心、大样本、高质量的RCTs去获取更多证据。 |

| To analyze the effectiveness and safety of Pudilan Oral Liquid combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods:Common database of CNKI，Wanfang，VIP，SinoMed，PubMed，and Cochrane Library for clinical RCTs of Pudilan Oral Liquid combined with Western medicine in the treatment of pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease were searched.A total of 2 researchers retrieved literature and extracted data，and RevMan 5.3 was used to evaluate the quality of the literature，and the analysis was carried out in accordance with the Meta-analysis standard.Results:A total of 271 papers were retrieved，and 63 papers were finally included.The total effective rate，clinical symptom resolution time，and the 3 outcome indicators of adverse reactions were selected for analysis.The results showed that the effectiveness and safety of Pudilan Oral Liquid alone or combined with Western medicine were selected for analysis.However，the incidence of adverse reactions of Pudilan Oral Liquid combined with ribavirin WAS higher than that of ribavirin alone，and the safety of the combination of the 2 drugs needs to be taken seriously and further verified.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy and safety of Pudilan Oral Liquid or Pudilan Oral Liquid combined with Western medicine is better than Western medicine.However，due to the low quality of the included literature and the large heterogeneity，the results cannot be used as clinical reference evidence，and more multi-centers，large samples，high-quality RCTs are needed to obtain more evidence. |
