| 目的：探讨小儿热速清颗粒治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法：选取2018年1月至2019年12月马鞍山十七冶医院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿81例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=41）和观察组（n=40）。对照组采取阿奇霉素序贯治疗，观察组在对照组治疗方法基础上服用小儿热速清颗粒。比较2组的治疗效果、发热持续时间、咳嗽持续时间、肺部啰音持续时间、喘息消失时间、呼吸道炎症反应指标、肺功能指标、药物不良反应等。结果：观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的发热持续时间、咳嗽持续时间、肺部啰音持续时间、喘息消失时间短于对照组（P<0.05）。2组患儿在治疗后钙素原（Procalcitonin，PCT）、C反应蛋白（C-reactive Protein，CRP）、嗜酸性粒细胞计数（Eosinophil Count，EOS）均降低，第1秒钟用力呼气量（FEV1）、最大呼吸峰流速（PEF）、FEV1/用力肺活量（FVC）水平均增高。观察组的PCT、CRP、EOS低于对照组，FEV1、PEF、FEV1/FVC高于对照组（P<0.05）。2组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：在肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的常规阿奇霉素序贯治疗过程中联合使用小儿热速清颗粒，有助于提升短期治疗效果，改善炎症反应指标以及肺功能指标，缩短病程，具有良好的安全性。 |

| To explore the effects of Xiaoer Resuqing Granules on children's mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019，a total of 81 child patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to the Seventeenth Metallurgical Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to random number sampling method，they were divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group took azithromycin sequential treatment，and the observation group took Xiaoer Resuqing Granules on the basis of the control group.The curative effects，fever duration，cough duration，lung rales duration，wheezing disappearance time，respiratory tract inflammation indicators，lung function indicators，adverse drug reactions，etc.between the 2 groups were compared.Results:The curative effect the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of fever，the duration of cough，the duration of pulmonary rales，and the disappearance of wheezing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，PCT，CRP and EOS were all decreased in the 2 groups，and FEV1，PEF，FEV1/FVC levels increased.PCT，CRP，EOS of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，and FEV1，PEF，FEV1/FVC were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of Xiaoer Resuqing Granules in the routine azithromycin sequential treatment of child patients with pycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can help improve short-term treatment effects，improve inflammatory response indicators and lung function indicators，shorten the course of the disease，and have good safety. |
