| 目的：探究补肾活血方治疗卵巢早衰的疗效及对患者免疫调节的影响。方法：选取2015年12月至2017年8月秦皇岛市妇幼保健院收治的卵巢早衰患者182例作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组，每组91例。对照组采用激素序贯疗法治疗，观察组在此基础上服用补肾活血方治疗，2组均治疗3个月。比较2组治疗前后的激素水平、T淋巴细胞亚群水平、抗卵巢抗体（AOAb）含量及治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率为82.42%，高于对照组的60.44%（P<0.05）。治疗后，2组血清促卵泡成熟激素（FSH）、黄体生成激素（LH）、AOAb、外周血CD3+、CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+均降低（P<0.05），而血清雌二醇（E2）、外周血CD8+水平均升高（P<0.05），且观察组上述指标相较对照组变化更为显著（P<0.05）。结论：补肾活血方可有效降低卵巢早衰患者卵巢异常免疫应答，增加雌性激素水平，改善患者临床症状，值得临床推广使用。 |

| To explore the effects of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on premature ovarian failure and its influence on patients' immune regulation.Methods:A total of of 182 patients with premature ovarian failure admitted to Qinhuangdao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method，with 91 cases in each group.The control group was treated by hormone sequential therapy，and the observation group took Bushen Huoxue Formula.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The levels of hormones，T-lymphocyte subsets，anti-ovarian antibodies(AOAb)content before and after treatment and curative effect after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 82.42%，which was higher than that in the control group was 60.44%(P<0.05).After treatment，the levels of serun follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)，luteinizing hormone(LH)，AOAb，peripheral blood CD3+，CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were decreased in both groups(P<0.05)，while the levels of serum Estradiol(E2)and peripheral blood CD8+ were increased(P<0.05)，and the change of the above indicators in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Formula could effectively reduce the abnormal immune response of patients with premature ovarian failure，increase the level of estrogen，and improve the clinical symptoms of patients，which was worthy of clinical application. |
