| 目的:探讨厚朴排气合剂对宫颈癌手术后消化道功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2017年10月至2020年3月德州市人民医院收治的宫颈癌手术治疗患者116例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组使用艾灸治疗仪,观察组在对照组干预方法基础上使用厚朴排气合剂。比较2组患者手术后各项胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、手术后腹胀严重程度、不良反应发生率等指标。结果:观察组的胃肠道功能障碍治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的手术后规律肠鸣音出现时间、初次排便时间、初次排气时间、初次饮水时间、初次进流食时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者在手术后3 d的GAS、MTL降低,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者在手术后3 d的CRP、PCT降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术后的腹胀严重程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:接受宫颈癌手术的患者,借助艾灸治疗仪或者口服厚朴排气合剂对手术后的胃肠道功能恢复具有良好的效果,在2种方法联合使用可以有效提升疗效,改善消化道功能,提升手术后恢复效果,并且不良反应发生率低。 |

| To explore the effects of Houpu Paiqi Mixture on the recovery of digestive tract function after cervical cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 116 patients with cervical cancer admitted to Dezhou people's Hospital from October 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random number table，they were divided into a control group and an observation group，with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with moxibustion treatment instrument，and the observation group was treated with Houpu Paiqi Mixture on the basis of the the control group.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function，hospital stay，gastrin(GAS)，motilin(MTL)，C-reactive protein(CRP)，procalcitonin(PCT)，the severity of abdominal distension and the incidence of adverse reactions etc.were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The occurrence time of regular bowel sounds，the first defecation time，the first exhaust time，the first drinking time，the first intake of liquid food time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The gas and MTL of the two groups were decreased 3 days after operation，and the observation group was higher than the control group(all P<0.05).CRP and PCT of the 2 groups were decreased at 3 days after operation，and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).The CRP and PCT of the 2 groups were reduced 3 days after operation，and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).The severity of postoperative abdominal distension in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery，with the aid of moxibustion therapeutic apparatus or oral Houpu Paiqi Mixture have a good effect on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery.The combination of the 2 methods can effectively improve the curative effect，improve the function of digestive tract，enhance the recovery effect after surgery，and the incidence of adverse reactions is very low. |
