| 目的:探析采取黄葵胶囊联合尿毒清治疗肾功能不全患者的有效性。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年6月马鞍山十七治医院收治的肾功能不全患者60例作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方法不同分成对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组给予黄葵胶囊联合尿毒清治疗,比较2组患者血红蛋白(Hb)水平、红细胞计数(RBC)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、不良反应及治疗有效率等指标。结果:与对照组比较,观察组Hb、RBC、BUN、SCr等生化指标改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率更低,治疗有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取黄葵胶囊联合尿毒清颗粒治疗肾功能不全能够获得较为理想的效果,用药安全性较高,有极大的推广价值。 |

| To explore the efficacy of Huangkui Capsules combined with Niaoduqing in the treatment of renal insufficiency.Methods:A total of 60 patients with renal insufficiency admitted to Ma'anshan Seventeen Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group(n=30，treated with conventional Western Medicine)and an observation group(n=30，treated with Huangkui Capsules combined with Niaoduqing)according to different treatment.The levels of hemoglobin(Hb)，red blood cell count(RBC)，urea nitrogen(BUN)，serum creatinine(SCr)，adverse reactions and total effective rate etc.of the 2 groups were compared.Results:compared with the control group，Hb，RBC，BUN，SCr and other biochemical indicators in the observation group were improved and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower，the total effective rate was higher，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangkui Capsules combined with Niaoduqing Granules in the treatment of renal insufficiency can obtain ideal effect with high safety.The medication is safer and has great promotion value. |
