To explore the prescribing regulairty of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound prescription of premature ventricular contractions of deficiency of qi and yin type based on data mining technology.Methods:Through computer retrieval and manual screening，the clinical research literatures on the treatment with Chinese medicine for premature ventricular contractions of deficiency of qi and yin type(CNKI、CSPD、CCD、Sinomed)from March 2010 to March 2020 were searched using the keyword search method to search，in order to establish a database by Excel 2010 and to analyze the clinical prescribing regularity with IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0.Results:A total of 106 literature were included，with 112 kinds of traditional Chinese drugs.The drugs whose applied rate in Chinese medicine compound was more than 50% were Radix Ophiopogonis，baked licorice and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis.According to the classification by efficacy of TCM，the most frequently used drugs had efficacy of tonifying deficiency，sedation，promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine.Cluster analysis revealed five pairs of commonly used drugs and three groups of medicines.Conclusion:The treatment focus of premature ventricular contractions is benefiting qi and nourishing yin，while the prescription uses tonifying deficiency drugs as its core，supplemented by sedative and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs.The core drugs were Radix Ophiopogonis，Baked Licorice，Semen Ziziphi Spinosa and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.The result of cluster analysis has vital significance for guiding the clinical practice.
