To investigate effects of peritoneal dialysis fluid combined with urotoxan granules retention enema on renal function and electrolytes for non-dialysis patients. Methods:A total of 68 non-dialysis patients admitted to Kidney Department of Anqing First People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to random number method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group(n=34) and the observation group(n=34).Both groups were given basic Western medicine treatment according to KDOQI and KDIGO guidelines. Both groups were treated with Western medicine in accordance with the guidelines of KDOQI and KDIGO.The control group received 1 000 mL of 1.5% peritoneal dialysate per day for cleaning enema, and the observation group received 1 000 mL of 1.5% peritoneal dialysate to flush the intestines, and then 2 packs of Niaoduqing granules were added.200 mL of normal saline was retained enema for 40 minutes, and the treatment effect,TCM syndrome score, renal function and serum electrolyte phosphorus(P) and potassium(K) were compared between the 2 groups. Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the 2 groups of patients with poor appetite, fatigue, weakness of waist and knees, heavy limbs, and abdominal distension(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of 5 TCM syndromes of the 2 groups decreased, and the decline in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the blood creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and uric acid(UA) of the 2 groups of patients decreased, and the estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR) increased significantly, and the decrease of Scr,BUN,and UA in the observation group was greater than those in the control group, the increase in eGFR was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the expression levels of P and serum potassium in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peritoneal dialysate combined with urodoqing granule retention enema has a positive effect on the condition control of patients with CKD5 non-dialysis patients. The operation is simple and the electrolyte disturbance can be improved, which is worthy of promotion.
