To observe the effect of concha auriculae electroacupuncture on irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea.Methods:A total of 86 patients with irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea admitted to Beijing TongRen Hospital Affiliated to Capital University of Medicine Sciences were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method，they were divided into a control group and an observation group，with 43 cases in each group.All patients used the IBS symptom score scale，irritable bowel syndrome symptom severity scale(IBS-SSS)，and Hamilton anxiety scale before and after treatment(HAMA)，Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)，and SF-36 Quality of Life Scale to assess the severity of symptoms in patients.And referring to the curative effect evaluation method of the consensus opinion of TCM diagnosis and treatment experts in irritable bowel syndrome(2017)，the curative effect of the observation group and the control group in the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome was compared and analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the IBS symptom score scale，IBS symptom severity scale，Hamilton anxiety scale，Hamilton depression scale，SF-36 quality of life scale before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment，there were statistically significant differences between the post-observation group and the control group in the IBS symptom score scale，IBS symptom severity scale，Hamilton anxiety scale，Hamilton depression scale，and SF-36 quality of life scale(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 85.4%，and that in the control group was 58.5%，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Concha Auriculae Electroacupuncture has a good efficacy in the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea and is worthy of clinical promotion.
