| 目的：研究知柏地黄丸对女童特发性性早熟症患儿的治疗效果。方法：选取2017年7月至2018年4月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的特发性性早熟症患儿98例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组49例。对照组患儿给予生活干预和饮食调整，并注射曲普瑞林。观察组患儿在对照基础上加服知柏地黄丸。观察并记录2组患儿治疗前后的生长发育情况以及治疗效果。结果：治疗后，2组患儿的乳房直径、子宫容积、卵巢容积均显著下降，观察组患儿显著低于对照组患儿；与治疗前比较，2组患儿的黄体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌激素（E2）均显著下降，并且治疗后观察组患儿的LH、FSH、E2显著小于对照组患儿；与治疗前比，2组患儿的体质量指数显著上升，骨龄指数显著下降，且观察组患儿改善情况优于对照组患儿；观察组治疗有效率95.92%，高于对照组的79.59%（P<0.05）。结论：知柏地黄丸联合曲普瑞林治疗女性特发性中枢性性早熟患儿疗效较好，并能改善患儿第二性征及生长发育。 |

| To study the curative effects of Zhibai Dihuang Pills on children with idiopathic precocious puberty.Methods:A total of 98 children with idiopathic precocious puberty admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from July 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method，they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group，with 49 case in each group.Children in the control group were given life intervention，diet adjustment，and injection of triptorelin.Children in the observation group were given Zhibai Dihuang Pills on the basis of the control group.The growth and development of the 2 groups of children before and after treatment and the treatment effect were observed and recorded.Results:After treatment，the breast diameter，uterine volume，and ovarian volume of the 2 groups of children decreased significantly，and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group; compared with those before treatment，the luteinizing hormone(LH)，follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and estrogen(E2) decreased significantly.After treatment，the LH，FSH，and E2 of children in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group; compared with those before treatment，the BMI of the 2 groups increased significantly，and the bone age index decreased significantly，and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group：The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.92%，which was higher than 79.59% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhibai Dihuang Pills combined with triptorelin have a better effect in the treatment of children with idiopathic central precocious puberty，and can improve the secondary sexual characteristics and growth and development of the children. |
