To explore the influence on laboratory indexes and NIH-CPSI scores of chronic prostatitis patients with infertility by using modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction.Methods:A total of 64 patients with chronic prostatitis and infertility who were admitted to the Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table，they were divided into a control group and an observation group，with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qianliekang Tablets; and the observation group was treated with modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction.The effective rate of treatment，NIH-CPSI score and related laboratory indicators of the 2 groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00 %，while the control group was 56.67 %; after treatment，the interleukin 1β(IL-1β)，interleukin 8(IL-8)，interleukin 10(IL-10)，and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were significantly reduced in the 2 groups，and the observation group was lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after treatment，the NIH-CPSI score and white blood cell count(WBC) of the 2 groups were significantly reduced，and the observation group was lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); IL-10 in the 2 groups was significantly higher than before treatment，and the observation group was higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction has better curative effect on patients with chronic prostatitis with infertility，with significant relief of symptoms，and being worthy of further clinical application.
