| 目的：探究加减知柏地黄汤对慢性前列腺炎合并不育症患者细胞因子及慢性前列腺炎症状指数（NIH-CPSI）的影响。方法：选取2016年7月至2017年7月沧州中西医结合医院收治的慢性前列腺炎合并不育症患者64例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组32例。对照组给予前列康片治疗；观察组给予加减知柏地黄汤治疗。比较2组患者治疗有效率、NIH-CPSI评分及实验室相关指标情况。结果：观察组及对照组治疗有效率分别为90.00%和56.67%；治疗后2组患者白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、白细胞介素-10（IL-10）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）显著降低，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后2组患者NIH-CPSI评分和白细胞计数（WBC）均显著降低，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组IL-10较治疗前显著升高，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：加减知柏地黄汤在慢性前列腺炎合并不育症患者治疗过程中疗效显著，症状缓解明显，值得临床进一步推广应用。 |

| To explore the influence on laboratory indexes and NIH-CPSI scores of chronic prostatitis patients with infertility by using modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction.Methods:A total of 64 patients with chronic prostatitis and infertility who were admitted to the Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table，they were divided into a control group and an observation group，with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qianliekang Tablets; and the observation group was treated with modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction.The effective rate of treatment，NIH-CPSI score and related laboratory indicators of the 2 groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00 %，while the control group was 56.67 %; after treatment，the interleukin 1β(IL-1β)，interleukin 8(IL-8)，interleukin 10(IL-10)，and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were significantly reduced in the 2 groups，and the observation group was lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after treatment，the NIH-CPSI score and white blood cell count(WBC) of the 2 groups were significantly reduced，and the observation group was lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); IL-10 in the 2 groups was significantly higher than before treatment，and the observation group was higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction has better curative effect on patients with chronic prostatitis with infertility，with significant relief of symptoms，and being worthy of further clinical application. |
