| 目的：观察应用疏风解痉理论组方的苏黄止咳汤治疗变应性咳嗽（风邪犯肺证）患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年10月至2018年9月北京市宣武中医医院收治的变应性咳嗽（风邪犯肺证）患者66例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组33例。对照组给予开瑞坦治疗；观察组给予苏黄止咳汤治疗，观察2组患者治疗2周中医证候积分及疾病疗效，血清IgE计数改善程度，并评估停药4周疾病复发率。结果：治疗后，观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为84.9%和78.8%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组血清IgE计数改善优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：应用疏风解痉理论的苏黄止咳汤能有效地缓解变应性咳嗽患者的临床症状；值得进一步推广及应用。 |

| To observe the clinical efficacy of Suhuang Zhike Decoction with the theory of Shufeng Jiejingtang in the treatment of patients with allergic cough(the syndrome of wind pathogen invading the lung).Methods:A total of 66 patients with allergic cough(wind evil invades the lung syndrome) who were admitted to Beijing Xuanwu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2015 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method，they were divided into a control group and an observation group，with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kairuitan; and the observation group was treated with Suhuang Zhike Decoction.The scores of TCM syndromes and disease efficacy of the two groups of patients after two weeks of treatment，and the degree of improvement in serum IgE counts were observed，and the recurrence rate of the disease for 4 weeks after stopping the drug were evaluated.Results:After treatment，the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 84.9% and 78.8%，respectively，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the improvement in serum IgE counts in the observation group was better than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suhuang Zhike Decoction based on dispelling wind and relieving spasm method can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of atopic cough，which is worthy of further promotion and application. |
