To observe the clinical efficacy of Suhuang Zhike Decoction with the theory of Shufeng Jiejingtang in the treatment of patients with allergic cough(the syndrome of wind pathogen invading the lung). Methods:A total of 66 patients with allergic cough(wind evil invades the lung syndrome) who were admitted to Beijing Xuanwu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2015 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Kairuitan; and the observation group was treated with Suhuang Zhike Decoction. The scores of TCM syndromes and disease efficacy of the two groups of patients after two weeks of treatment, and the degree of improvement in serum IgE counts were observed, and the recurrence rate of the disease for 4 weeks after stopping the drug were evaluated. Results:After treatment, the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 84.9% and 78.8%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the improvement in serum IgE counts in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suhuang Zhike Decoction based on dispelling wind and relieving spasm method can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of atopic cough, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
