Kunxian Capsules are a pure traditional Chinese preparation prescription，which is composed of the compatibility of Shan Haitang，Herba Epimedii，Semen Cuscutae，Fructus Lycii in Kunming.It has effects on dispelling wind and eliminating dampness，tonifying the kidney and dredging collaterals，and is recognized worldwide as an effective slow-acting drug in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in recent years.Clinically，Kunxian Capsules are utilized for rheumatoid arthritis，ankylosing spondylitis，lupus nephritis，nephrotic syndrome，chronic kidney disease，allergic purpura and other diseases.This paper reviews the clinical application and adverse reactions of Kunxian Capsules，and provides references for further clinical rational application.
