Abstract:To compare the extraction rate of Astragalus polysaccharides under different extraction technologies. Methods:Astragalus polysaccharides were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method, and the extraction rate of the optimal extraction process of the orthogonal test and the optimal extraction process of the response surface test were compared. Results:Through response surface optimization, the optimal extraction time was 22 min,the optimal extraction temperature was 50 ℃,the optimal material-to-liquid ratio was 16:1(mL/g),and the theoretical extraction rate was 9.93%; After orthogonal design optimization, the optimal extraction time was 20 min,the optimal extraction temperature was 40 ℃,the optimal material-to-liquid ratio was 15:1(mL/g),and the theoretical extraction rate was 9.56%.Conclusion:After verification and comparison of 2 optimization results, the research results show that the response surface method optimization results are more accurate, reasonable and more suitable for promotion.
