Abstract:To explore the mechanism of Olibanum-Myrrha medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:Relying on GEO, GeneCards, and OMIM databases to mine and merge RA-related genes. The effective chemical components and related targets of Boswellia-Myrrha were searched through TCMSP, and the visual network of “drug-component-target-signal pathway” was drawn using Cytoscape 3.8.0 software.STRING database was used to construct a compound target protein interaction network.R software was used for GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis. Results:The GEO, GeneCards, and OMIM databases were used to screen out 4,655 rheumatoid arthritis-related genes, and a total of 46 main active ingredients of Olibanum-Myrrha pair were screened, corresponding to 90 targets.A total of 60 frankincense-myrrha treatment targets for rheumatoid arthritis and 6 core targets were obtained. In addition, the enrichment results of KEGG pathway mainly include fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, AGE-RAGE signaling pathway, and interleukin-17 signaling pathway.Conclusion:Olibanum-Myrrha can treat rheumatoid arthritis through multiple targets and multiple pathways.
