To investigate the efficacy of compound Qinlan oral liquid on influenza A virus pneumonia,respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia,and adenovirus pharyngitis.Methods:In this study,influenza A virus (A/FM/1/47(H1N1) was used to infect ICR mouse pneumonia models to investigate the mortality,death inhibition rate,average survival days and the average survival time of compound Qinlan oral liquid on model mice,the effect of life extension rate,the effect on lung tissue and bronchial lesions,and the effect on serum immune factors; adenovirus infection ICR mouse pharyngitis model was used to investigate the effect of compound Qinlan oral liquid on the mucosal tissue lesions of the throat of the model mice; Using respiratory syncytial virus infection ICR mouse pneumonia model to investigate the effects of compound Qinlan Oral Liquid on lung index,lung tissue and bronchial disease,serum immune factors and lung tissue immune factors in model mice.Results:The results of the study indicated that compound Qinlan Oral Liquid had a certain death protection effect against influenza A virus infection.Therapeutic administration can improve lung tissue and lung bronchial diseases,and reduce serum immune factor content; compound Qinlan Oral Liquid had a beneficial effect on the respiratory tract.Cytovirus infection has a good preventive effect.Therapeutic administration can improve lung tissue and lung bronchial disease,reduce serum and lung tissue immune factor content; compound Qinlan Oral Liquid had a good therapeutic effect on adenovirus-induced pharyngitis,and can improve the pharynx Department of disease.Conclusion:Compound Qinlan Oral Liquid has a good effect on influenza A virus pneumonia,respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia,and adenovirus pharyngitis.
