| 目的：研究近25年中医药治疗老年性痴呆的用药规律。方法：通过国家知识基础设施数据库（CNKI）、中国学术期刊数据库（CSPD）、中文科技期刊数据库（CCD）等检索有关中医药方剂治疗老年性痴呆的文献，建立方剂数据库，依次对有效数据进行频数分析、聚类分析、关联分析，并总结其用药规律。结果：高频药物排前三位的为石菖蒲、远志、茯苓、熟地黄，并对其符合要求的中药进行聚类，得出4类组方。根据关联结果，药物配伍大致以石菖蒲、远志为核心进行加减。结论：老年性痴呆防治的核心药物为石菖蒲、茯苓、远志、肉苁蓉、枸杞子、何首乌。补肾益髓是中医药治疗老年性痴呆的主要原则，豁痰开窍、益智安神是临床防治老年性痴呆的常用方法，其经典药对为石菖蒲-远志。 |

| To study the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease in the past 25 years.Methods:The Chinese Knowledge Base(CNKI)，Weipu database，Wanfang database and other platforms were used to search the literature on TCM prescriptions for treating Alzheimer's disease，and a prescription database was established.Frequency analysis，cluster analysis，and association analysis were performed on the effective data，from which medication laws was summarized.Results:According to the results of frequency analysis，the top 3 high-frequency drugs were Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii，Radix Polygalae，Poria and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata.Through cluster analysis on the Chinese medicines that met the requirements，a total of 4 types of prescriptions were obtained.According to the results of association analysis，the core of drug compatibility was roughly Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii and Radix Polygalae.Conclusion:The core drugs for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease are Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii，Poria，Radix Polygalae，Herba Cistanches，Fructus Lycii and Radix Polygoni Multiflori.Tonifying kidney and nourishing marrow is the main principle of TCM for treating Alzheimer's disease.Dissipating phlegm for resuscitation and nootropics and tranquillization are common methods for clinical prevention and treatment of s Alzheimer's disease，whose classical drug pair for the disease is Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii-Radix Polygalae. |
