| 《脾胃论》是最能体现李东垣学术思想的一部著作，书中阐述了脾胃与四脏生理病理的密切关系及治疗五脏病的遣方用药规律，丰富了脏腑辨证理论内涵。从《脾胃论》中李东垣对心与脾胃的生理病理关系的阐述入手，提炼出李东垣从脾胃论治心系病症循“或补或泻，惟益脾胃之药为切”的特点。临床从脾胃论治心系疾病，以脾胃病机入手，师东垣古法，理后天之本，必大有裨益。 |

| The theory of Spleen and Stomach is a work which can best embody Li Dongyuan's academic thought.The book expounds the close relationship between spleen and stomach and the physiological and pathological conditions of the four zang organs,and the prescription and medication rules for the treatment of the five zang diseases,enriching the theoretical connotation of viscera syndrome differentiation.Starting from LI Dongyuan's description of the physiological and pathological relationship between the heart and the spleen and stomach in Spleen and Stomach,this paper summarizes the characteristics of Li Dongyuan's treatment of heart diseases based on spleen and stomach,“either supplementing or relieving,only benefiting the spleen and stomach”.Starting with the pathogenesis of the spleen and stomach and treating heart diseases from the spleen and stomach,it will be of great benefit to learn from the ancient methods of Dongyuan and treatment of acquired foundation. |
