| To explore the effects of Jianpi Yishen Shengyang Formula on early diabetic nephropathy and its influence on glucose metabolism and renal function.Methods:A total of 124 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the combined group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Shengyang group on the basis of Western medicine group.All of them were treated for 8 weeks.The changes of renal function,blood glucose metabolism,blood lipid function,hemorheology,inflammatory factors and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores were observed before and after treatment.Results:1）Fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),24 h urine microalbumin excretion rate(UAER),urine β2 microglobulin(β2-MG),24 h urine protein quantification(24 hUPQ),creatinine(SCr),urea nitrogen(BUN),whole blood viscosity high shear,whole blood viscosity low-cut,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,C-reactive protein(CRP),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) decreased compared with those before treatment,bone density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2）After treatment,the 2 groups were treated with lower backs and knees,less gas and lazy speech,dull complexion,less appetite,edema and numbness of the limbs were all lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yishen Shengyang Formula can protect renal function of EDN,improve glucose and lipid metabolism and inflammatory reaction,promote microcirculation,improve symptoms and enhance curative effects. |
