| 目的：剖析《丹溪心法》治疗痰证处方中各种药物的运用规律及其内在联系。方法：筛选《丹溪心法》中治疗痰证的方剂，构建其治疗痰证的方剂数据库。选用中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）软件作为分析软件，运用其关联规则算法及复杂系统熵聚法等方法进行数据挖掘研究，分析《丹溪心法》中治疗痰证的方剂组方规律。结果：从《丹溪心法》中共筛选出161首治疗痰证方剂，对方剂组合进行分析，得出新处方7个，包括“青黛、海蛤、甘草、瓜蒌”“胆南星、半夏、桃仁、茯苓”等。结论：《丹溪心法》治疗痰证的药物中归于脾、胃经的占全部药物的76%，表明朱震亨治疗痰证重视脾胃，处方以益气化痰，兼以活血化瘀为主要原则。在此基础上形成治疗痰证的新处方，为痰证的新药研发提供了方向。 |

| To analyze regularity of compositions and medications for phlegm syndrome in Danxi's Mastery of Medicine and their internal relations.Methods:The prescriptions and formula treating phlegm syndrome in Danxi's Mastery of Medicine were collected，from which a database of formulas and medicines were established.The methods of data association rule algorithm and complex system entropy cluster were used to analyze the rules of prescription composition in Danxi's Mastery of Medicine for the treatment of phlegm syndrome with the software of TCM Inheritance Support System(Version 2.5).Results:Based on the analysis of totally 161 cases of prescriptions，the frequency of each herb included in the database was computed.The resulting new prescriptions contained “Indigo Naturalis，sea clam，Radix Glycyrrhizae，Fructus Trichosanthis” and “Rhizoma Arisaematis Cum Bile，Rhizoma Pinelliae，Semen Persicae，Poria”，etc.Conclusion:76% of the drugs for phlegm syndrome in Danxi's Mastery of Medicine belong to meridians of spleen and stomach.It prompts that in ZHU Danxi's academic thoughts of phlegm syndrome，regulating spleen and stomach is emphasized.The prescription is based on the principle of benefiting qi and reducing phlegm，and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.On this basis，a new prescription for the treatment of phlegm syndrome is formed，which provides direction for the research and development of new drugs for phlegm syndrome. |
