| 偏头痛与卒中存在相关性，尤其是缺血性卒中。从中医学角度探讨偏头痛与缺血性卒中的相关性，认为偏头痛相关缺血性卒中病位在肝，急性期发病当责之气机逆乱，与肝密切相关，肝风入络为其核心病机，病久脑络瘀滞、脑髓失荣为其最终病理转归。 |

| Migraine is related to stroke，especially ischemic stroke.This paper analyzed the pathogenesis of migraine related ischemic stroke from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It is found that the location of migraine related ischemic stroke is in the liver while acute stage is due to the disorder of qi movement which closely related to liver.Liver wind invading collaterals is its core pathogenesis，and the final pathological outcome is cerebral collateral stasis and brain marrow deprived of nourishment. |
