| 目的：探究丹心降糖通脉胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病（Diabetic Kidney Disease，DKD）早期临床疗效。方法：选取2018年1月至2019年1月西安市中医医院收治的DKD早期患者120例作为研究对象，按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。2组均给予一般治疗，对照组在此基础上给予羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗，观察组给予丹心降糖通脉胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗。采用双缩脲法测定24 h尿蛋白总量，计算24 h尿微量清蛋白排泄率（UAE），比较2组患者临床疗效。测定治疗前后2组患者肾脏功能、血液生化指标、血液流变学指标，观察不良反应。结果：治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；2组治疗后肾脏功能指标（UAE、BUN、Cr）、血液生化指标（HbA1c、FBG、2 h PBG）、血液流变学指标（全血黏度、血浆比黏度、红细胞压积）水平均降低，估算肾小球滤过率（eGFR）水平升高，且观察组变化幅度更大（P<0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为1.67%，明显低于对照组的11.67%（χ2=3.885，P=0.048）。结论：丹心降糖通脉胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗DKD早期临床疗效显著，可有效降低血糖，改善肾功能及血液流变学指标，不良反应发生率低。 |

| To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danxin Jiangtang Tongmai Capsule combined with calcium dobesilate capsule in the treatment of early diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Methods:A total of 120 patients with early DKD from January 2018 to January 2019 in Xi'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number method with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were given general treatment.The control group was given calcium dobesilate capsule on this basis.The observation group was treated with Danxin Jiangtang Tongmai Capsule combined with calcium dobesilate capsule.The total 24-hour urinary protein was measured by biuret method，and the urinary albumin excretion(UAE) was calculated.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.The renal function，blood biochemical indexes and hemorheology indexes were measured before and after treatment，and the adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Renal function indicators(UAE，BUN，Cr)，blood biochemical indicators(HbA1c，FBG，2 h PBG) and hemorheological parameters(whole blood viscosity，plasma specific viscosity，hematocrit) were decreased，estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR) was increased.And the observation group had a larger change(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.67%，which was significantly lower than 11.67% in the control group(χ2=3.885，P=0.048).Conclusion:The treatment of DKD by Danxin Jiangtang Tongmai Capsules combined with calcium dobesilate capsules has a significant clinical effects in the early stage，which can effectively reduce blood glucose and improve renal function and hemorheological indexes，with a low incidence of adverse reactions. |
