| 目的：比较真实世界中创伤性疾病患者口服脉血康胶囊与未口服脉血康胶囊的疗效。方法：从25家三级甲等医院信息管理系统（Hospital Information System，HIS）提取患者信息，选取口服脉血康胶囊的创伤性疾病患者656例为观察组和未使用脉血康胶囊的创伤性疾病患者656例为对照组。运用广义Boosted模型（Generalized Boosted Models，GBM）倾向性评分法平衡混杂因素，分别采用Logistic回归、倾向性评分加权的Logistic回归和带协变量调整的倾向性评分加权Logistic回归比较2组间的疗效差异。结果：3种Logistic回归方法结果均显示观察组疗效优于与对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对于创伤性疾病患者的治疗服用脉血康胶囊疗效优于未使用该药。 |

| To compare whether there is a difference in efficacy between oral Maixuekang Capsules and non-oral Maixuekang Capsules in patients with traumatic diseases in the real world.Methods:Patient information was extracted from 25 third-level hospital information management systems(HIS).A total of 656 patients with traumatic diseases who took Maixuekang Capsules orally were included in the observation group and 656 patients with traumatic diseases who didn't take Maixuekang Capsules were included in the control group.The generalized boosted models(GBM) propensity scoring method was used to balance confounding factors，and logistic regression，propensity score-weighted logistic regression，and covariate-adjusted propensity score-weighted logistic regression were used to compare the difference in efficacy between the 2 groups.Results:The results of the 3 logistic regression methods showed that the observation group had better efficacy than the control group，and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with traumatic diseases，taking Maixuekang Capsules is more effective than not using this medicine. |
