To compare whether there is a difference in efficacy between oral Maixuekang Capsules and non-oral Maixuekang Capsules in patients with traumatic diseases in the real world.Methods:Patient information was extracted from 25 third-level hospital information management systems(HIS).A total of 656 patients with traumatic diseases who took Maixuekang Capsules orally were included in the observation group and 656 patients with traumatic diseases who didn't take Maixuekang Capsules were included in the control group.The generalized boosted models(GBM) propensity scoring method was used to balance confounding factors，and logistic regression，propensity score-weighted logistic regression，and covariate-adjusted propensity score-weighted logistic regression were used to compare the difference in efficacy between the 2 groups.Results:The results of the 3 logistic regression methods showed that the observation group had better efficacy than the control group，and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with traumatic diseases，taking Maixuekang Capsules is more effective than not using this medicine.
