      目的:建立蒙药斯日西散的质量标准。方法:用显微和薄层色谱法对斯日西散中的大黄、土木香、寒水石、山柰、木鳖子、石榴、黑冰片进行显微鉴别,对大黄、山柰、土木香进行薄层色谱鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定大黄中大黄素的含量。结果:斯日西散显微鉴别特征图片清晰,薄层鉴别在大黄、山柰、土木香对照品斑点对应的位置具有相同颜色的清晰斑点,阴性无干扰。大黄素在0.001 7~0.135 2 mg/mL范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为102.15%,平均含量为0.105 5 mg/g。结论:该方法全面、简便、准确,为斯日西散质量控制提供可靠标准。
English Summary:
      To improve the quality standard of Mongolian medicine sirixi.Methods:Microscopic and TLC identification method was used to distinguish Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Radix Inulae,Han Shuishi,Rhizoma Kaempferiae,Semen Momordicae,Shiliu,Hei Bingpian in Mongolian medicine sirixi for microscopy and thin layer chromatography.Emodin in Rad ix et Rhizoma Rhei was determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography.Results:The microscopic identification feature pictures of Sirixis were clear,and the thin-layer identification had clear spots of the same color at the positions corresponding to the spots of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Radix Inulae,and Rhizoma Kaempferiae reference substances,negative and no interference.Emodin has a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.001 7 to 0.135 2 mg/mL (r=0.999 8),the average recovery rate was 102.15%,and the average content was 0.105 5 mg/g.Conclusion:The method can be used to distinguish Mongolian medicine sirixi for its quality control.
