| 目的:系统评价天麻钩藤饮治疗H型高血压的临床疗效。方法:全面搜集有关天麻钩藤饮治疗H型高血压的随机对照试验(RCT)研究的文献,应用Rev Man 5.3和Stata 14.0进行Meta分析和发表偏倚检测。结果:最终纳入文献12篇,共纳入1 158例。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组比较,天麻钩藤饮可有效提高患者降压疗效和临床疗效,降低舒张压(DBP)和血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,降低舒张末期室间隔厚度(IVST)、左室后壁厚度(PWT)、左室舒张末期内径(LVDD)、左室质量指数(LVMI),提高E/A,而对收缩压(SBP)、24 h SBP、24 h DBP、LVEF改善方面与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮可有效提高H型高血压患者的降压疗效和临床疗效,降低血清Hcy水平,改善左室肥厚和舒张功能,效果优于西药组。 |

| To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Drink in the treatment of H-type hypertension.Methods:The literature on randomized controlled trials (RCT) of Tianma Gouteng Drink in the treatment of H-type hypertension were collected comprehensively.The Meta-analysis and publication bias test were performed by Rev man 5.3 and Stata 14.0.Results:A total of 12 papers were included,including 1158 cases.The results of Meta-analysis showed that：compared with the control group,bTianma Gouteng Drink could effectively improve the antihypertensive effect and clinical efficacy,reduce the levels of DBP and Hcy,reduce interventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(PWT),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDD),left ventricular mass index(LVMI),and increase E/A,but there was no difference in SBP,24 h SBP,24 h DBP and LVEF,compared with the control group.Conclusion:Tianma Gouteng Drink can effectively improve the antihypertensive effect and clinical efficacy of H-type hypertension patients,reduce Hcy level,improve left ventricular hypertrophy and diastolic function,the effect is better than that of Western medicine group. |
