| 目的:探析硫酸镁联合孕康糖浆治疗先兆流产患者的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月马鞍山市妇幼保健院收治的先兆流产患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用硫酸镁保胎治疗,观察组采用硫酸镁联合孕康糖浆进行治疗,比较2组患者不良反应发生率、宫缩缓解时间、阴道流血停止时间以及治疗总有效率等指标。结果:观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组的宫缩缓解时间、阴道流血停止时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:先兆流产患者采取硫酸镁联合孕康糖浆进行治疗能够明显缩短症状恢复时间,提高治疗总有效率,用药安全性较高,有较大的推广价值。 |

| To explore the effects and safety of magnesium sulfate combined with Yunkang syrup in the treatment of patients with threatened abortion.Methods:A total of 60 patients with threatened abortion admitted to Ma'anshan Women and Children Health Care Hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulphate to prevent pregnancy,and the observation group was treated with magnesium sulphate combined with Yunkang syrup.The incidence of adverse reactions,the time to relieve contractions,the time to stop vaginal bleeding and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the uterine contraction remission time and vaginal bleeding stop time in the observation group and the control group were significantly different (P<0.05); the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of threatened abortion patients with magnesium sulfate combined with Yunkang syrup can significantly shorten the recovery time of symptoms,improve the total effective rate of treatment,and has high safety,which has great promotion value. |
