      脓毒症引发的心肌损伤是重症监护病房脓毒症患者死亡的主要原因之一。通过研究脂多糖(LPS)诱导的脓毒症致心肌损伤模型,探讨保护心肌损伤的治疗方法与策略,能为临床治疗脓毒症引起的心肌损伤提供实验依据。自噬通常被认为是降解多余、受损的细胞成分实现物质循环再利用的调节机制,在保护心肌细胞结构和功能方面发挥重要的调控作用。最新研究发现自噬失衡是引发心脏毒性损伤的关键机制,而通过自噬调节可以改善LPS引发的心肌损伤。现系统梳理自噬信号通路在LPS引发的心肌损伤中的作用机制及中医药治疗的研究进展,为脓毒症引起的心肌损伤的治疗提供新的思路和方法。
English Summary:
      Myocardial injury caused by sepsis is one of the leading causes of death in patients with sepsis in intensive care units.Studying the model of myocardial injury induced by Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and exploring the therapeutic methods and strategies for myocardial injury can provide experiment basis for clinical treatment of myocardial injury induced by sepsis.Autophagy is generally considered to be a regulatory mechanism that degrades excess and damaged cell components to realize material recycling and reuse,and plays an important regulatory role in protecting the structure and function of cardiomyocytes.The latest research has found that autophagy imbalance is the key mechanism leading to cardiotoxic damage.The regulation of autophagy can improve myocardial damage caused by LPS.This paper aims to systematically sort out the mechanism of autophagy signaling pathway in myocardial injury caused by LPS and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of myocardial injury caused by sepsis.
