| 目的:总结藏医对黄水病的诊疗经验,结合藏医理论分析藏药三黄水类方治疗黄水病的用药规律。方法:结合藏医经典著作《四部医典》《晶珠本草》等中关于黄水病的诊疗经验,以“黄水病”“干黄水”为检索词,在前期自建的藏药成方制剂知识库中筛选用于治疗黄水病的三黄水类方。完成词频分析和共现分析,并将数据导出至Cytoscape 371,进行可视化网络分析,在藏医理论的指导下,挖掘三黄水类方的配伍规律,分析藏医治疗“黄水病”的优势病种。结果:共检索得到治疗黄水病的三黄水类方12个,藏药81味。三黄水药(珀嘎、黄葵子、决明子)最常配伍诃子、木香、毛诃子、余甘子、麝香、肉豆蔻、草果、宽筋藤、丁香、巴夏嘎等,用于治疗特应性皮炎和类风湿性关节炎等多种“黄水病”。其中,“三果”(诃子、毛诃子、余甘子)能清除血热、化解坏血;配伍温性的木香、麝香、肉豆蔻、草果、丁香等主要用于治疗寒性黄水病,配伍清赤巴热的宽筋藤、巴夏嘎等则主要用于治疗热性黄水病。结论:藏医遵循病症结合的诊疗模式辩治黄水病,三黄水类方是其用于治疗“黄水病”的核心方剂集合,类风湿关节炎和特应性皮炎属于三黄水类方治疗的优势病种。 |

| To summarize the diagnosis experience of Tibetan doctors in the treatment of “Huang-shui” disease, and to analyze the rules of the use of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of “Huang-shui” disease by combining the theories of Tibetan medicine. Methods:In combination with the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of “Huang-shui” disease in the Traditional Tibetan medicine works Four Medical Classics and Crystal Pearl Materia Medica, the search terms of “Huang-shui” disease and dry “Huang-shui” were used to screen the three “Huang-shui” prescription for the treatment of “Huang-shui” disease from the self-established Tibetan medicine prescription preparation knowledge base. The word frequency analysis and co-occurrence analysis were completed, and the data were exported to Cytoscape 3.7.1 for visual network analysis. Under the guidance of Tibetan medicine theory, the compatibility rules of three “Huang-shui” prescription were explored, and the dominant diseases of Tibetan medicine in treating “Huang-shui” disease. were analyzed. Results:A total of 12 prescriptions with 81 Tibetan medicines were retrieved for the treatment of “Huang-shui” disease. The “San-huang-shui” remedies (Po-ga, Huang-quai-zi, Semen Cassiae) were most often combined with Fructus Chebulae, Radix Aucklandiae, Maokezi, Yu Ganzi, Moschus, Semen Myristicae, Fructus Tsaoko, Kuanjinteng, Flos Caryophylli, Baxiaga. Among them, “San-guo” (He-zi, Mao-he-zi and Yu-gan-zi) can clear blood heat and dissolve bad blood; with pungent and warm wood, Radix Aucklandiae, Moschus, Semen Myristicae and Flos Caryophylli, etc. were mainly used to treat cold “huang-shui” disease, while with Kuan-jing-teng and Ba-xia-ga,etc., which can clear “Chi-ba” heat, are mainly used to treat hot “Huang-shui” disease. Conclusion:Tibetan medicine follows the diagnosis and treatment mode of combining diseases and illnesses to treat “Huang-shui” disease, and the “San-huang-shui” prescriptions are the core collection of formulas used to treat “Huang-shui” disease, and rheumatoid arthritis and atopic dermatitis belong to the advantageous diseases treated by the “San-huang-shui” prescriptions. |
