To explore the mechanism of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of craniocerebral injury based on network pharmacologyMethods:The potential active ingredients and targets of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction were screened by searching the TCMSP database，and the target diseases of brain injury were obtained using GeneCard and OMIM database，and the intersection target of the Chinese medicinal of Tongluo Huoxue Decoction and TBI intersection target were obtainedCytoscape 372 software was used to draw the interactive network diagram of the active ingredient target diseaseThe String database was used to construct the target interaction PPI network，and the GO function enrichment analysis and KEGG signal pathway enrichment analysis were performedResults:A total of 127 Chinese medicinal components were collected，1811 disease targets were collected，and a total of 62 disease and drug intersection targets were collectedThe PPI network suggested that the core targets were ALB，IL6，CASP3，EGFR，VEGFA，etc; GO function annotations yielded 73 enrichment results，including DNA binding transcription activator activity，RNA polymerase Ⅱ transformation，etc.，enrichment yielded PI3K-AKT，etc.and 75 core KEGG pathways.Conclusion:Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction has the characteristics of multi-component，multi-target and multi-path mechanism in the treatment of craniocerebral injury.
