| 斑马鱼是现代生命科学研究中的重要实验动物模型之一，具有繁殖能力强，可视性好、实验周期短、成本低和可体外受精等特点。中药成分复杂，治疗心血管病药理学机制和靶点多样。近几年，斑马鱼作为一种新颖的实验动物模型，在中医心血管病药理学研究领域中的应用日益增多。现从心肌损伤、高脂血症、促血管新生、心力衰竭等几个方面综述斑马鱼模型在中药心血管药理学中的应用现状，并认为斑马鱼模型在中药心血管药理学研究中具有较好的应用前景。 |

| Zebrafish is one of the important experimental animal models in modern life science research. It has the characteristics of strong reproduction ability, good visibility, short experiment period, low cost and in vitro fertilization. Chinese medicinal has complex components, and there are various pharmacological mechanisms and targets for treating cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, zebrafish, as a novel experimental animal model, has been increasingly applied in the field of pharmacology of cardiovascular diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, the application status of zebrafish model in cardiovascular pharmacology of Chinese medicinal was reviewed from myocardial injury, hyperlipidemia, angiogenesis promotion, heart failure and other aspects, and it was believed that zebrafish model had a good application prospect in cardiovascular pharmacology of Chinese medicinal. |
