| 目的：探讨加味清心莲子饮对阿霉素肾病综合征大鼠的疗效及对尿蛋白、血液生化指标、炎症介质的影响。方法：利用尾静脉注射阿霉素建立大鼠肾病综合征模型，分别给予泼尼松灌胃和加味清心莲子饮灌胃，同时设置对照组、模型组。实验过程中对大鼠进行一般形态学观察，每周检测24 h蛋白尿；实验末采血分离血清，对血清中清蛋白（ALB）、总蛋白（TP）、三酰甘油（TG）、胆固醇（TC）、血尿素氮（BUN）、血清肌酐（Scr）水平进行检测；利用ELISA法对血清炎症介质白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1）水平进行检测。结果：模型组的24 h尿蛋白水平与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。给药后，激素组、中药组大鼠24 h尿蛋白含量均明显降低（均P<0.01）。与对照组比较，模型组血清TG、TC、BUN、Scr水平均明显升高（均P<0.01）；血清ALB、TP水平均明显降低（均P<0.01）。给药后，激素组、中药组血清TG、TC、BUN、Scr水平均降低（均P<0.01，P<0.05）；血清ALB、TP水平均明显升高（均P<0.01）。与对照组比较，模型组血清IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α、MCP-1水平均升高（均P<0.05）；给药后，激素组、中药组血清IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α、MCP-1水平均降低（均P<0.05）。结论：加味清心莲子饮能够治疗阿霉素肾病综合征，作用机制为调节炎症介质的表达，改善病理损伤，恢复肺、脾、肾脏的功能。 |

| To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Qingxin Lianzi Drink on the curative effects of adriamycin nephrotic syndrome(NS) rats and its effects on proteinuria，blood biochemical indexes and inflammatory factors.Methods:The nephrotic syndrome model of rats was established by injecting adriamycin into tail vein.The rats were given prednisone and modified Jiawei Qingxin Lianzi Drink by gavage respectively，and the control group and model group were set up at the same time.During the experiment，the general morphology of rats was observed，24-hour proteinuria was detected every week.At the end of the experiment，blood was collected to separate serum，and the contents of ALB，TP，TG，TC，BUN and Scr in serum was detected，and the contents of IL-1 β，IL-8，TNF-α and MCP-1 in serum was detected by ELISA.Results:Compared with the control group，the 24 h urine protein content of the model group was significantly different(P<0.01).After administration，the 24 h urine protein content of the hormone group and Chinese medicinal group was significantly reduced(P<0.01).Compared with the blank group，the serum TG，TC，BUN，and Scr levels in the model group were significantly increased(all P<0.01); the serum ALB and TP levels were significantly decreased(P<0.01).After administration，serum TG，TC，BUN，and Scr levels in the hormone group and Chinese medicine group decreased(P<0.01，P<0.05); serum ALB and TP levels increased significantly(all P<0.01).After administration，serum TG，TC，BUN，and Scr levels in the hormone group and Chinese medicinal group decreased(all P<0.01，P<0.05); serum ALB and TP levels increased significantly(all P<0.01).Compared with the control group，the serum levels of IL-1β，IL-8，TNF-α，and MCP-1 in the model group increased(all P<0.05); after administration，the serum IL-1β，IL-8，NF-α，MCP-1 levels in the hormone group and the Chinese medicinal group decreased(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Qingxin Lianzi Drink can treat adriamycin nephrotic syndrome.The mechanism of action is to regulate the expression of inflammatory factors，improve pathological damage，and restore lung，spleen，and kidney functions. |
