    摘要:

    目的:研究热毒宁注射液不同给药途径对幼龄小鼠副流感病毒肺炎的药理作用,为临床用药提供参考。方法:幼龄ICR小鼠按体质量等级随机分组,包括正常组、模型组、阳性对照组、热毒宁注射给药对照组,热毒宁雾化吸入给药20 min、10 min、5 min和2.5 min组。采用副流感病毒感染幼龄小鼠致肺炎模型,通过肺指数、肺指数抑制率、肺组织病毒载量、肺部病理评分等指标评价热毒宁注射液不同给药方式治疗幼龄小鼠副流感病毒肺炎的药理作用。结果:热毒宁雾化吸入给药4个剂量组均可不同程度降低小鼠肺指数及病毒载量,减轻肺组织病理损伤;其中雾化吸入给药20 min组与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁雾化吸入给药20 min对副流感病毒感染所致小鼠病毒性肺炎具有显著治疗作用,且优于注射给药组。

    Abstract:

    To study the pharmacological effects of Reduning Injection on parainfluenza virus pneumonia by different means of administration in immature mice,and to provide the reference for clinical medication.Methods:Young ICR mice were randomly grouped according to body weight class,including a normal group,a model group,a positive control group,and a Reduning Injection administration control group.Reduning atomized inhalation administration 20 min,10 min,5 min and 2.5 min groups.The parainfluenza virus was used for infection model of pneumonia in young mice.The lung index,lung index inhibition rate,lung tissue viral load,lung pathology score and other indicators were used to evaluate pharmacological effects of the different administration methods of Reduning Injection in treating parainfluenza virus pneumonia in young mice.Results:All the 4 groups of Reduning aerosol inhalation administration could reduce the lung index,viral load,alleviate the pathological damage of lung tissue.Compared with the model control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05) between the aerosolized inhalation administration group for 20 min.Conclusion:Reduning aerosol inhalation administration for 20 minutes has a significant therapeutic effect on viral pneumonia in mice caused by parainfluenza virus infection,and is better than the injection administration group.
