| 目的：对柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合西医常规疗法治疗冠心病合并焦虑抑郁的临床效果及安全性进行系统评价，为该方的临床应用提供循证学依据。方法：检索2020年5月之前Pubmed、the Cochrane Library、中国期刊全文数据库、中国学术期刊数据库、中文科技期刊数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库，收集柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合常规西药治疗冠心病合并焦虑抑郁的临床随机对照试验，根据Cochrane评价文献质量，通过RevMan5.3进行数据分析。结果：本研究共纳入17篇文献，1 120例患者。相比于常规西药，柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合常规西药治疗能够提高治疗心绞痛的有效率（OR为5.21，95%CI为3.03～8.98），降低SAS量表评分（SMD为－2.71，95%CI为－3.21～－2.22）、HAMA量表评分（SMD为－2.92，95%CI为－3.91～－1.92）和HAMD量表评分（SMD为－2.94，95%CI为－4.33～－1.56），提高中医证候疗效（OR为6.35，95%CI为2.13～18.91）和治疗总有效率（OR为4.79，95%CI为2.65～8.67），差异有统计学意义；且无明显不良反应（OR为1.14，95%CI为0.41～3.18）。结论：柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合西医常规疗法治疗冠心病合并焦虑抑郁的疗效确切，可以减轻患者的临床心绞痛症状和焦虑抑郁情绪，提高治疗有效率，改善生命质量，并且安全性较好。 |

| To evaluate the clinical effects and safety of Chaihu Plus Longgu Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression，and to provide evidence for the application of this prescription.Methods:Pubmed，the Cochrane Library，CNKI，VIP，Wanfang Journal Database and the Chinese biomedical literature database before May 2020 were retrieved.Clinical randomized controlled trials of Chaihu plus Longgumuli Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression were collected.According to Cochrane's evaluation of the quality of the literature，data analysis was carried out by RevMan5.3.Results:A total of 17 literature were included in this study，including a total of 1120 patients.Compared with conventional Western medicine treatment，Chaihu plus Longgu Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine treatment could improve the effective rate of angina pectoris(OR：5.21，95%CI：3.03 to 8.98)，reduce SAS scale score(SMD：-2.71，95%CI：-3.21 to -2.22］)，HAMA scale score(SMD：-2.92，95%CI：-3.91 to -1.92］) and HAMD scale score(SMD：-2.94，95%CI：-4.33 to -1.56］，improve TCM syndrome curative effect(OR：6.35，95%CI：2.13 to 18.91］) and total effective rate(OR：4.79，95%CI：2.65 to 8.67］)，the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant adverse reaction(OR：1.14，95%CI：0.41 to 3.18).Conclusion:Traditional Western medicine combined with Chaihu plus Longgu Decoction is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression.It can reduce the clinical angina symptoms and anxiety and depression，improve the treatment efficiency，improve the quality of life，with good safe. |
