To evaluate the clinical effects and safety of Chaihu Plus Longgu Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression，and to provide evidence for the application of this prescription.Methods:Pubmed，the Cochrane Library，CNKI，VIP，Wanfang Journal Database and the Chinese biomedical literature database before May 2020 were retrieved.Clinical randomized controlled trials of Chaihu plus Longgumuli Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression were collected.According to Cochrane's evaluation of the quality of the literature，data analysis was carried out by RevMan5.3.Results:A total of 17 literature were included in this study，including a total of 1120 patients.Compared with conventional Western medicine treatment，Chaihu plus Longgu Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine treatment could improve the effective rate of angina pectoris(OR：5.21，95%CI：3.03 to 8.98)，reduce SAS scale score(SMD：-2.71，95%CI：-3.21 to -2.22］)，HAMA scale score(SMD：-2.92，95%CI：-3.91 to -1.92］) and HAMD scale score(SMD：-2.94，95%CI：-4.33 to -1.56］，improve TCM syndrome curative effect(OR：6.35，95%CI：2.13 to 18.91］) and total effective rate(OR：4.79，95%CI：2.65 to 8.67］)，the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant adverse reaction(OR：1.14，95%CI：0.41 to 3.18).Conclusion:Traditional Western medicine combined with Chaihu plus Longgu Decoction is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression.It can reduce the clinical angina symptoms and anxiety and depression，improve the treatment efficiency，improve the quality of life，with good safe.
