目的：分析首荟通便胶囊改善恶性肿瘤化疗患者便秘的疗效。方法：选取2019年7月至2020年9月中国医学科学院肿瘤医院收治的恶性肿瘤化疗患者100例作为研究对象，采用抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组接受基础诊疗，观察组在接受基础诊疗的同时口服首荟通便胶囊。治疗14 d后，对患者胃肠肽指标进行检测，并综合分析便秘的治疗效果。结果：与对照组比较，观察组患者血清中P物质（SP）、血管活性肠肽（VIP）含量明显提升（P<0.05），胃动素（MTL）水平下降（P<0.05），患者排便习惯得到改善，同时由便秘引发的腹胀、腹痛、口燥咽干等不良反应发生率降低（P<0.05），治疗总有效率显著增加（P=0.009）。结论：首荟通便胶囊能改善胃肠道功能，治疗便秘疗效显著，临床应用价值高。

English Summary:

To analyze the efficacy of Shouhui Tongbian Capsules in improving constipation in patients with malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 100 patients admitted to Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from July 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group(n=50) and an observation group(n=50).The control group received basic diagnosis and treatment，while the observation group received basic diagnosis and treatment at the same time oral Shouhui Tongbian Capsules.After 14 days of treatment，the gastrointestinal peptide indexes of the patients were detected，and the therapeutic effect of constipation was comprehensively analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group，the levels of Substance P(SP) and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) in serum of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).The level of motilin(MTL) was decreased(P<0.05).The defecation habit was improved，the incidence of abdominal distension，abdominal pain，dry mouth and dry throat caused by constipation decreased(P<0.05)，and the total effective rate of treatment was significantly increased(P=0.009).Conclusion:Shouhui Tongbian Capsules can improve gastrointestinal function，has significant effect in the treatment of constipation，and has high clinical application value.
