Effects of Ultrasonic Low-medium Frequency Conductivity Therapy Apparatus Treatment Combined with Houpu Exhaust Mixture on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function after Cesarean Section
To explore the effects of ultrasound low-medium frequency conductance therapy instrument combined with Houpu Exhaust Mixture on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section.Methods:A total of 78 parturients who received cesarean section in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Dezhou People's Hospital were selected as the research objects and according to the random number table,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with an ultrasonic low-medium frequency conductance therapy instrument,and the observation group was treated with Houpu exhaust mixture on the basis of the control group.The effect of gastrointestinal function recovery,postoperative related symptoms duration,gastrointestinal symptom score,serum diamine oxidase(DAO),procalcitonin(PCT),postoperative abdominal distension,adverse reactions were compared.Results:The recovery effect of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's first anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,first defecation time,and first solid food intake time were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The gastrointestinal symptom score,DAO,and PCT were reduced in the 2 groups after 7 days.All indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The degree of postoperative abdominal distension in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound low-medium frequency conductivity therapy instrument combined with Huopo Exhaust Mixture is conducive to the recovery of gastrointestinal function of parturients after cesarean section,and can improve postoperative gas and eating,etc.,and is conducive to postoperative recovery.
