| 目前，临床上针对先兆流产的治疗药物以地屈孕酮、黄体酮以及孕激素为主，其中黄体酮作为纯天然的激素类药物治疗先兆流产的优势近年来日益凸显，已有成为治疗先兆流产首选药物的趋势。近年来，随着中医药治疗在临床上应用的日益广泛，中药复方治疗先兆流产作为一种可行方式开始受到广泛关注。通过对中药复方及微粉化黄体酮改善先兆流产患者临床结局相关研究进展的总结，旨在为先兆流产患者的临床治疗提供参考。 |

| At present，clinically，the main treatment drugs for patients with threatened abortion are dichroprenone，progesterone，and progesterone，in which progesterone treatment of threatened abortion advantages in recent years are increasingly prominent，which has become the treatment of threatened abortion drug of choice trend.In recent years，with the increasingly extensive clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)，TCM compound therapy for threatened abortion as a feasible method has begun to receive extensive attention.Through the summary of the research progress related to the improvement of the clinical outcome of threatened abortion patients with Chinese medicine compound and micronized progesterone，it aims to provide reference for the clinical treatment of threatened abortion patients. |
