茯苓是我国传统药食两用中药材,具有利水渗湿、健脾、宁心的功效。茯苓多糖是其主要活性成分之一,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、保肝、调节机体免疫力等药理作用,广泛应用于食品、医药及保健品等领域。本文对茯苓多糖的提取、分离纯化、降解、结构表征、结构修饰及其药理作用进行总结,为茯苓多糖的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。 |

Poria cocos is a traditional Chinese medicinal material for food and medicine,with the effects of promoting diuresis,eliminating dampness,enhancing spleen and calming heart.Polysaccharides are one of its main active components of poria cocos,which have a variety of pharmacological activities,such as anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,liver protection,and regulating body immunity.Therefore,poria cocos polysaccharides have been widely used in food,medicine,health products and other fields.This paper summarizes the extraction,separation,purification,degradation,structural characterization,structural modification and pharmacological effects of Poria cocos polysaccharides,and offers references to the further research,development and utilization of Poria cocos polysaccharides. |
