目的:探讨养心氏片对远航官兵疲劳改善的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2020年10月海军青岛特勤疗养中心收治的远航官兵80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规支持干预,观察组在对照组的基础上加用养心氏片治疗,共1个月。比较2组不同体质人员治疗前、2周后、治疗后疲劳状态,T淋巴细胞亚群水平,生命质量;比较2组气虚体质人员上述指标改善率。结果:疲劳自评量表(FSAS)、T淋巴细胞亚群水平和简明生命质量-36(SF-36)评分,经重复测量方差分析,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);2组FSAS评分均逐渐显著下降(P<0.05),2组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和SF-36评分均逐渐显著升高(P<0.05);观察组2周后、治疗后FSAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和SF-36评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组上述指标改善率均高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组中气虚体质人员上述指标改善率,均高于其他体质和对照组气虚或其他体质人员(P<0.05)。结论:对远航官兵常规支持基础上,加用养心氏片,可缓解疲劳,增强细胞免疫功能,还可提高生命质量,尤其是对气虚体质的人员作用更佳。

English Summary:

To explore the effect of Yangxin's tablet on fatigue improvement of officers and soldiers on long voyage.Methods:80 cases of officers and soldiers on long voyage admitted to Navy Qingdao Special Service Convalescent Center from June 2020 to October 2020 were selected，and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method，with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine support intervention，while the observation group was treated with Yangxin's tablet therapy on the basis of the control group for 1 month.The fatigue states，the level of T lymphocyte subsets and quality of life of the two groups of people with different constitutions were compared before treatment，2 weeks after treatment and after treatment.The improvement rates of the above indexes were compared between the Qi-deficiency people of the two groups.Results:After repeated measures analysis of variance，the differences of FSAS，T lymphocyte subsets level and SF-36 scores were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The FSAS scores of the two groups decreased gradually and significantly(P<0.05)，and the CD3+，CD4+，CD4+/CD8+ and SF-36 scores of the two groups increased gradually and significantly(P<0.05).The FSAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 2 weeks and treatment(P<0.05)，and the CD3+，CD4+，CD4+/CD8+ and SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rates of the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)，and the improvement rates of the above indexes of those with Qi deficiency in the observation group were higher than those with other constitutions and those with Qi deficiency or other constitutions in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine support，Yangxin's tablet on fatigue improvement of officers and soldiers on long voyage can relieve fatigue，enhance cellular immune function，and improve the quality of life，especially for those with Qi deficiency constitution.
