To explore the relationship between the change laws of body surface temperature in healthy people and the change laws of temperature in four seasons by infrared thermography.Methods:FLIR-SC660 infrared thermal imager was used to collect infrared thermogram of healthy people within two years，as well as the analysis and research were carried out.Results:1）The pattern of temperature change on the front and back of the human body exhibits an excellent uniformity and reproducibility; 2）Body surface temperature is relatively stable and varies with four seasons; 3）The trunk temperature changes and seasonal temperature change laws have a strong correlation.Conclusion:While the body surface temperature of healthy people is relatively stable，it also shows the same change with the change of temperature in four seasons，providing an objective basis for the theory of “Correspondence between man and universe” in traditional Chinese medicine.
