To study the mechanism of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis based on network pharmacology.Methods:The chemical components and targets of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction were screened according to the traditional Chinese medicine system pharmacology database and analysis platform(TCMSP) database platform.Meanwhile,gene card database was used to obtain the target genes related to the treatment of allergic rhinitis.The network visualization model of drugs,components,diseases and targets was built by using the software of Cytoscape 3.7.1.The PPI network of protein interaction of common target genes was constructed by using STRING database.Finally,the function enrichment analysis of key target genes GO and KEGG was carried out by using R software(P<0.05) Q<0.05 was for functional enrichment analysis of key target genes GO and KEGG.Results:A total of 172 active components of Buzhongyiqi Decoction were screened out.The mechanism of its treatment of allergic rhinitis may be closely related to IL6,VEGFA,JUN,MMP9,MMP2 and other core targets.It is speculated that it mainly participated in the regulation of allergic rhinitis through signal pathways such as IL-17,TNF,HIF-1,Toll like receptor,PI3K-AKT,NF-κB,MAPK,Th1 and Th2 cell differentiation,JAK-STAT etc.Conclusion:This study reveals the network regulation mechanism of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and explains the effective mechanism of TCM from a holistic perspective,and provide molecular thinking for the next step of experimental research.
