      目的:探索蛋黄馏油中纳米类成分治疗湿疹的作用及其机制。方法:蛋黄馏油经过水萃取,得到富含纳米类成分的蛋黄馏油水溶液(EYO-CDs)。利用2,4-二硝基氯苯乙醇溶液建立小鼠慢性湿疹模型,以复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏为阳性对照,评价EYO-CDs治疗湿疹的作用及机制。结果:EYO-CDs能减轻慢性湿疹小鼠耳肿胀度,降低血清及组织中白细胞介素-4(IL-4),白细胞介素-17(IL-17)及升高γ干扰素(INF-γ)水平。HE染色结果显示,给药后耳组织表皮角化、水肿、淋巴细胞浸润、真皮血管扩张充血等病理现象均有不同程度缓解。治疗效果与给药浓度具有一定的量效关系。结论:蛋黄馏油中的EYO-CDs对小鼠慢性湿疹具有治疗作用,主要通过抑制炎症介质,调节免疫因子起效,为临床推广应用提供了实验依据。
English Summary:
      To explore the effect and mechanism of nano-components in distilled egg yolk in the treatment of eczema.Methods:Distillate egg yolk was extracted with water to obtain an aqueous solution of distilled egg yolk(EYO-CDs) rich in nano-components.A mouse model of chronic eczema was established with 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene alcohol solution,and the compound dexamethasone acetate cream was used as a positive control to evaluate the action and mechanism of EYO-CDs in the treatment of eczema.Results:EYO-CDs can reduce ear swelling in mice with chronic eczema,reduce interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-17(IL-17) and increase interferon-γ(INF-γ) in serum and tissues.The results of HE staining showed that pathological phenomena such as epidermal keratosis,edema,lymphocyte infiltration,dermal vasodilation and congestion in ear tissues were relieved to varying degrees after administration.The therapeutic effect has a certain dose-effect relationship with the administration concentration.Conclusion:EYO-CDs in distilled egg yolk has a therapeutic effect on chronic eczema in mice,mainly by inhibiting inflammatory factors and regulating immune factors,providing experimental evidence for clinical application.
