| 目的:系统评价软坚散结药物治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法:检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),中国期刊全文数据库(CJFD),中文科技期刊数据库(CCD),Pubmed、Cochrane library数据库等的从建库到2018年9月发布的文献,利用软坚散结中草药治疗中晚期肺癌的临床随机对照研究文献。采用Cochrane系统综述手册的偏倚风险评估工具和Jadad量表评价文献质量;方法学评价、异质性检验、敏感性分析等采用RevMan5.0软件。结果:本研究最终共纳入13项研究1 123例中晚期肺癌患者。Meta分析的结果表明软坚散结中药辅助化疗的疗效明显优于单纯化疗,主要表现在短期疗效、生命质量、临床改善症状。但在降低骨髓毒性的安全性及恶心呕吐的不良反应方面没有优势。在短期疗效,生命质量(QOL),改善中医症状方面，联合软坚散结中药优于单纯化疗。但在降低骨髓毒性,抑制白细胞和血小板下降和恶心和呕吐不良反应方面没有优势。结论:软坚散结中药联合化疗在中晚期肺癌的治疗中疗效良好。 |

| To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Ruanjian Sanjie Chinese medicines in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:We used computer search in Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),China Journal Full-text Database(CJFD),Chinese Sci-tech Journal Database(CCD),Pubmed,Cochrane library database,etc.from the establishment of the database to the publication in September 2018.We searched Clinical Randomized Controlled Research Literature by using Chinese Medicinals to treat middle and advanced lung cancer with Ruanjian Sanjie Chinese medicines.The bias risk assessment tool of the Cochrane systematic review manual and the Jadad scale were used to evaluate the quality of the literature; for the methodological evaluation,heterogeneity test,sensitivity analysis,etc.we used RevMan5.0 software.Results:A total of 13 RCTs with 1123 patients were included.Meta-analysis results showed that the efficacy of Ruanjian Sanjie Chinese medicines combined with chemotherapy was significantly better than simple chemotherapy.It was mainly manifested in short-term efficacy,quality of life,and clinical improvement of symptoms.But there was no advantage in reducing the safety of bone marrow toxicity and the adverse reactions of nausea and vomiting.The combination of Ruanjian Sanjie Chinese medicines was superior to chemotherapy in terms of short-term efficacy.But it had no advantages in reducing bone marrow toxicity,inhibiting the decline of white blood cells and platelets,and the adverse reactions of nausea and vomiting.Conclusion:Chemotherapy assisted by Ruanjian Sanjie Chinese medicines has a better effect for advanced lung cancer. |
