| 目的：通过荟萃分析评价黄精、三七配伍治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效和安全性。方法：检索中国期刊全文数据库（CJFD）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、中文科技期刊数据库（CCD）、中国学术期刊数据库（CSPD）、CochraneLibrary、Pubmed、EMBASE。选择观察组使用中药配合常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛，对照组使用常规西药的随机对照研究。其中中药干预方剂以黄精和三七作为益气活血要药。按相关方法评价文献质量，提取文献数据，使用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果：纳入13个研究，共计1 238例患者。分析结果显示与对照组比较，观察组可显著改善临床疗效（P<0.000 01）；可显著改善心电图疗效（P<0.000 01）；可显著降低心绞痛发作频率（P=0.000 5）；可显著降低低密度脂蛋白水平（P<0.000 01）；可显著升高高密度脂蛋白水平（P<0.000 01）；可显著降低总胆固醇水平（P<0.000 01）；可显著降低三酰甘油水平（P<0.000 01）；可显著升高一氧化氮水平（P=0.002）；可显著降低内皮素水平（P=0.000 3）；结论：黄精、三七是临床治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效药对。 |

| To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the combination of Rhizoma Polygonati and Notoginseng compatibility in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods:CNKI,CBM,CCD,CSPD,Cochrane Library,Pubmed,EMBASE were electrically searched.The treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional Western medicine to treat coronary heart disease angina pectoris,and the control group used conventional Western medicine for randomized controlled study.The traditional Chinese medicinal intervention prescription groups took Rhizoma polygonati and panax notoginseng as the essential medicines for invigorating qi and activating blood circulation.We evaluated the quality of literature according to relevant methods,and extracted the literature data.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.Results:A total of 1 238 patients were enrolled in 13 studies.Compared with the control group,the treatment group can significantly improve the clinical efficacy(P<0.000 01); it can significantly improve electrocardiogram efficacy(P<0.000 01); it can significantly reduce the frequency of angina attacks(P=0.000 5); It can significantly reduce LDL levels(P<0.000 01); it can significantly increase HDL levels(P<0.000 01); it can significantly reduce total cholesterol levels(P<0.000 01); it can significantly reduce triglyceride levels(P<0.000 01); it can significantly increase the level of nitric oxide(P=0.002); it can significantly reduce the level of endothelin(P=0.000 3); Conclusion:Rhizoma Polygonati and Notoginseng are effective drugs for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris. |
