| 药对是中医药治疗肿瘤重要特色之一，以其组成精巧、加减灵活为著，同时可作为独立方药的运用，突显了中医专病专方的应用思维。“先辨病、再辨证、佐以辨症，三位一体”是李杰教授的诊治特点，在病症结合的基础上，依据个体化病症的不同，善用药对治疗常见肿瘤，临床疗效显著。现对李杰教授治疗肿瘤的常用药对进行总结概述，以期提高临床诊疗效果及指导临床应用，且药对的经验性应用与凝练，对中药新药研发有一定的促进意义。 |

| Couplet medicinals are one of the important characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of tumor.Because of its delicate composition,flexible addition and subtraction,it can also be used as an independent prescription,highlighting the thinking of the special prescription of TCM.Professor LI Jie's characteristics of diagnosis and treatment are “first differentiating diseases,then differentiating syndrome,assisting with differentiating symptom,three in one”.On the basis of the combination of diseases,according to the difference of individualized diseases,the effective use of couplet medicinals for the treatment of common tumors has a significant clinical effect.In this paper,Professor LI Jie's commonly used couplet medicinals in the treatment of tumor are summarized,in order to improve the clinical efficacy and guide clinical application.The empirical application and condensation of couplet medicinals have certain promoting significance for the research and development of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine. |
