| 定性研究的综合（Qualitative Evidence Synthesis，QES）是以纳入某一主题领域的定性研究为主，处理叙述性资料的系统综述。在医学领域内，QES可以为政策和指导方针的制定提供证据，可以描述卫生保健参与者的经验，可以探索不同的利益相关者和群体如何评价不同的结果，也可以评估干预措施的可接受性和可行性。现对QES的定义、优缺点、常用方法、更新、与定量综合之间的关系以及定性证据综合在医学领域内的应用现况进行了介绍。 |

| Qualitative evidence synthesis(QES) mainly includes qualitative research in a certain subject area.It is a systematic review of processing narrative data.This paper expounds the definition,advantages and disadvantages,common methods,updating,and relationship between qualitative evidence synthesis and quantitative evidence synthesis,as well as the application of QES in medical field.In the field of medicine,QES can provide evidence for the development of policies and guidelines,describe the experiences of health care participants,explore how different stakeholders and groups evaluate different outcomes,and assess the acceptability and feasibility of interventions. |
