Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid has the effects of helping digestion and regulating gastrointestinal function. It is mainly used in the clinical treatment of digestive disorders in children. And its safety and effectiveness have been highly recognized. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Shenqu xiaoshi Oral Liquid can promote gastric empties and secretion of digestive juice, regulate gastrointestinal smooth muscle contraction, increase intestinal peristalsis and intestinal absorption, regulate and balance intestinal flora, and analgesia. It can relieve epigastric pain or burning, epigastric fullness and early satiety after meal, belching, nausea or vomiting and other symptoms. Clinical studies have shown that the treatment of anorexia, functional dyspepsia and functional abdominal pain by Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients. Based on the literature evidence and the experience of clinical experts in drug use, this paper summarized the pharmacological and pharmacodynamic studies, clinical application studies and drug safety of Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid, and formed guidance opinions for clinical application, aiming at standardizing clinical drug use.
