| 目的:基于数据挖掘研究吕仁和教授治疗慢性肾脏病用药经验。方法:检索国家人口健康科学数据库共享平台提供的吕仁和教授肾络微型癥瘕证治疗慢性肾脏病安全性和有效性队列研究病例数据库中治疗慢性肾脏病的中药复方,建立中药复方数据库,进行频数、频率分析、因子分析、聚类分析及关联规则分析,总结吕仁和教授治疗慢性肾脏病的核心药物及常用药对、药物组合规律,探究肾络癥瘕辨证方法的实质。结果:共纳入233首中药复方,涉及中药187味,丹参、猪苓、甘草、川牛膝、黄芪、当归为常用药物;清热药、补虚药、活血化瘀药及解表药较为常用;狗脊、川续断、杜仲、牛膝及荆芥、防风、蝉蜕、栀子为常用药物组合;当归配伍黄芪,川续断配伍狗脊、川牛膝、杜仲为核心药对及药组。结论:肾络癥瘕是慢性肾脏病发生发展的关键环节,肾本虚是癥瘕形成的基础,培补肾元贯穿始终,同时配合清热、活血化瘀、祛风解表等药物以消除癥瘕,保护肾功能,延缓疾病进展。 |

| Based on the data mining technology to explore the medication experience of Professor Lv Renhe treatment of chronic kidney disease.Methods:Retrieved data provided by the National Population Health Science Database Sharing Platform，and established a database of Chinese medicine compounds for the treatment of chronic kidney disease by LYU Renhe Professor.Carried out frequency distribution analysis，Factor Analysis，Clustering and Association Rule Analysis.Results:A total of 233 Chinese medicine compounds were included，and involved 187 flavors Chinese medicinals.The common medicinals were Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae，Polyporus Umbellatus，Radix Glycyrrhizae，Radix Cyathulae，Radix Angelicae Sinensis.More commonly used the Antipyretic，Tonics，Blood-activating，and the herb of relieving Exterior Disorder.Rhizoma Cibotii，Chuan Xuduan,Cortex Eucommiae，Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae，Herba Schizonepetae，Radix Saposhnikoviae，Periostracum Cicadae，Fructus Gardeniae are a combination of commonly used drugs; Radix Angelicae Sinensis with Radix Astragali seu Hedysari，Chuanduan with Rhizoma Cibotii，Radix Cyathulae，Cortex Eucommiae were core drug pair and drug group.Conclusion:The Renal collaterals remove lump is the key to the development of chronic kidney disease.The basis reason is nephron deficiency.It is very important to tonify the kidney.And at the same time，using the Antipyretic，Blood-activating，and the herb of relieving Exterior Disorder to eliminate the Renal collaterals remove lump，protect kidney function and delay disease progression. |
