      目的:大多数中药材在加工前需要进行软化处理,然而软化终点一般由人主观确定。本研究旨在探讨针刺压传感器用于中药材软化情况检测的可行性。方法:将各种中药材按直径分为大、中、小3组分别浸润。设计并自制了一种用于测定中药材硬度的针刺压传感器,利用压力传感器和微波测水仪分别对中药材的硬度和水分含量进行检测。通过人工判断,验证浸润软化终点时间的准确性。结果:丹参、大黄、苍术等药材水分含量与硬度之间存在较好的线性关系。一般情况下,药材直径较大时,软化终点所需时间较长。用水分含量值计算软化终点处药材的硬度,利用针刺压传感器测定软化终点,各组软化率均为95.2%~100%。结论:针刺压传感器可准确检测中药材软化情况。
English Summary:
      Most of herbal medicine need to be softened before processing.However,the softening endpoint is generally determined subjectively by a worker.The aim of this study is to explore the feasibility of the needle pressure sensor for the detection of the moisture content of herbal materials.Methods:A total of 3 medicinal herbs S.miltiorrhiza,R.officinale,and Rhizoma Atractylodis were divided into 3 groups of large,medium,and small according to their diameters.A pinprick pressure sensor for determining the hardness of Chinese herbs was designed and homemade.The hardness and moisture content of herbal materials were detected using the pressure sensor and a microwave moisture analyser,respectively.The accuracy of of moisten end point time was verified by human judgment.Results:There was a good linear relationship between moisture content and hardness for Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Rhizoma Atractylodis.Generally,reaching the softening end point took a longer time when the herb diameter was larger.The hardness of herbal materials at the softening endpoint was calculated using the value of moisture content.The needle pressure sensor was applied to determine the softening endpoint time of herbal materials with a high softening percentage ranging from 95.2% to 100% in all groups.Conclusion:The needle pressure sensor can accurately detect the softening condition of herbs.
